Through installing Kern County’s first glass recycling machine, an opportunity has been created to pour compassion, lifelong skills, and support into Kern County residents who need it most. M Street Navigation Center is a 24-hour facility that offers shelter beds, meals, mental health services, medical care, case management and housing services, through local providers, to unsheltered individuals who face significant barriers to supportive housing care.
